Chicken Feeds Making Machine

Our 400-600kg/h chicken feed-making machine is designed to produce feed pellets for animals, livestock, and poultry from grain like corn, soybean, wheat, rice bran., etc. This is a small and simple machine line that includes a grinder & mixer, screw conveyor, pellet machine, and electric panel.

The complete unit is small and has power consumption, which is easy to install, operate, and maintain, but can make very good feed pellets. So it is a good choice for farmers or small feed business owners to invest and produce feed pellets on a small scale.

In this chicken feed-making machine, the grinder and mixer are combined in a unit. That means the grinder and mixer is an all-one machine, using one machine can have the function of grinding and mixing.

The grinder has a tube and turbine to suction grain into grinding chamber, inside the grinding chamber the hammers grind these grains into powder, and the powder goes to the mixer from a pipe.

For different kinds of feed pellets, the formula of raw material is different, especially the percentage of each kind of grain. The mixer is a batch mixer, so before grinding need to calculate how many kilos of each kind of grain are needed for the mixer to mix one batch, then put each kind of raw material into the grinder to turn them into powder.

On the mixer, there is another feeding chute to add vitamin powders to the mixer.

The design of such a grinder & mixer all in one machine can save place to install the machine, save labor and time on operating the machine, and improve working efficiency.

* After grinding and mixing the powders go to the hopper on top of the pellet machine from the screw conveyor. Powders mixed by each batch are stored in this hopper for the pellet machine to turn into feed pellets.

* Chicken feed-making machine is a ring die type pellet machine that can produce high-quality pellets.

* The electric panel is designed to control all of the motors, it can start the motor, stop the motor, and protect the motor from overload by the thermal overload protector.
