1. The dryer in a sawdust pellet plant is decided by the moisture of sawdust, if the moisture of sawdust >17% need a rotary drum dryer to dry the sawdust before feeding into the pellet mill. If the initial moisture of sawdust <17% it can make pellets directly without a dryer.

2. Pellet mill is the most important machine in a sawdust pellet plant, it can compress the sawdust into pellets, the pellet mills decide the size of pellets, the color of pellets, hardness of pellets as well as density of pellets. For a big sawdust pellet plant like 8-10 t/h capacity, it usually contains 8 sets pellet mill.

3. Pellet cooler is to cool down the pellets before packing in a short time, by the cooling process can improve the hardness of pellets and reduce the moisture of pellets thus to avoid crack on the surface of pellets during storage due to the high temperature of moisture. Usually, together with a pellet cooler, there is a pellet sieve to pick out the small powders contain in pellets.

4. Packaging pellets is necessary for big capacity sawdust pellet plants, usually use small bag packaging solution and big/Jambo bag packaging solution.

5. Electric panel is also an important part of a sawdust pellet plant, it is used to control all of the machine's start-stop and overload protection. We can supply international standard electric panels with the different requirements from different clients.

6. For a pellet plant there is also accessory equipment like conveyors for feeding sawdust and transfer from one machine to the next machine, dust collection system to reduce dust fly inside the factory.
