1. After the straw pellet machine is installed, it should be carefully checked whether it is installed in place and whether the installation strength is sufficient. Whether the motor shaft and the straw pellet shaft are parallel, and check whether the belt tension is appropriate.

2. The straw pellet machine should be fixed on the ground and can be fixed with cement. If the workplace is changed frequently, the straw pellet machine and the motor should be installed on the base of the machine.

3. Before starting the straw pellet machine, turn the rotor by hand to check whether the operation is flexible and normal, whether the casing has collisions, whether the rotation direction of the rotor is correct, and the lubrication of the motor. After stopping the machine for a long time, the transmission belt should be removed.

7. The straw pellet machine stops sending processed raw materials before stopping, but the water content or oil is increased, and after removing the spare material, the power is turned off.
