What are the characteristics of good soap production equipment?

Soap manufacturing plant is designed to make laundry soap and toilet soap from soap noodle. It can make soap with different fatty acid content. From one production line can make both laundry soap and toilet soap, only the printing-cutting machine is different, the other machine is same. From the mixer control the zeolite and sodium silicate adding quantity to adjust the fatty acid content.

1. Soap mixer
Feeding the raw material soap noodles into the mixer , mixing the soap noodels, sodium silicate, perfume additive, talc powder well.
2. Conveyor
Deliverying the materilinto the refiner machinie
3. Soap refiner
Refining the material more blended and soft through the screw extruder working, as a result it can improve thesmoothness and tighteners of final soap.
4. Three rollor mill
Making soap flakes or soap thin sheet , it can make the soap structure tight and improve soap's density and quality.
5. Conveyor
Delivery the soap flakes into the soap plodder.
6. Double screw vacuum plodder
Making long soap strips, the double-screw vacuum plodder can make the soap compact and looking bright , and not easy to crack.
7. Vacuum pump
Work for soap vacuum plodder, to exhaust air and water out of soap noodles, to prevent soap from cracking.
8. Toilet soap cutting and stamping machine / soap moulding machine
It can mould different size and differnt logo on soap bars you need.
9. Soap cooling machine
Keeping the mould cool, and make the moulding machine work well.
10. Conveyor
Deliveying the finished soap bars .
11. Electric control cabinet
Control all of the machine start and stop, making all the line operate easily.
