Maintenance technical requirements for feed pellet mill

1. If the rivet head of the impeller is worn, the worn rivet head can be returned to its original normal state by pressing the impeller body and the hub with electric welding surfacing.

2. For the case where fatigue cracks are likely to occur at the rivet holes, the whole new electrode that has not been used can be used to repair the cracks, but it should be carried out symmetrically with the axis of the impeller as the center, and the remaining electrodes of the repair welding at the cracks should be left in this area. Then use a new electrode to repair the symmetrical rivet hole crack. After welding, the remaining electrode is as long as the remaining electrode when the symmetrical rivet is repaired, so as to ensure that the weight of the welding repair is equal. If there is no crack at the symmetrical rivet hole, the electrode should also be surfacing here to offset the newly repaired welding weight at the symmetrical rivet hole crack. The crack can be repaired by welding according to this method of symmetrical supplementary weight.

3. A simple dynamic balance test is performed on the impeller, and the method is also very simple. After supporting the impeller, turn it by hand to make it rotate gently. If the impeller cannot reach the balance, it will stop at the lowest point and swing left and right. If there is a heavy weight, you can spot weld on the opposite impeller, increase the weight to balance it, or use an angle grinder to grind off the welding marks of the heavyweight impeller, and the balance can also be achieved, so that the fan can be repaired and work normally. Note that in the process of repairing the fan, electric welding cannot be used for random spot welding, and the welding marks are left on the impeller, so as not to affect the balance of the fan impeller, fail to achieve the purpose of repair, and cause greater losses.

4. Repair and replacement of feed mill screen

The screen is made of punched thin steel plate or iron sheet. When the screen is worn or broken down by foreign objects, if the damaged area is not large, it can be repaired by riveting or soldering; if it is damaged in a large area, a new screen should be replaced. When installing the screen, the burr side of the screen hole should be facing inward, the smooth side should be facing out, and the screen and the screen frame should be tightly fitted. When the ring screen is installed, the stubble in the overlapped inner layer should be along the direction of rotation to prevent the material from being stuck at the overlapped place.

5. Lubrication and replacement of bearings

The bearings should be cleaned after every 300 hours of operation of the pulverizer. If the bearing is lubricated with oil, it is advisable to fill the bearing seat with 1/3 of the gap when adding new oil, and it should not exceed 1/2 at most. Just tighten the cover of the constant-cover oil cup a little before operation. When the bearing of the crusher is seriously worn or damaged, it should be replaced in time, and attention should be paid to strengthening lubrication; if the tapered roller bearing is used, the axial spacing of the bearing should be checked to keep it at 0.2-0.4 mm. The paper pad at the bearing cap can be adjusted.

6. Replacement of claws and hammers

Among the crushing parts, the crushing claws and hammers are the vulnerable parts in the feed mill, and they are also the main components that affect the crushing quality and productivity. The crushing claws and hammers should be replaced in time after they are worn. When replacing the claws of the claw crusher, the disc should be pulled out first. Before pulling out, first open the round nut locking piece on the back of the disc, unscrew the round nut with a hook wrench, and then pull out the disc with a special puller. In order to ensure the balance of rotor operation, attention should be paid to complete set replacement when changing teeth, and a static balance test should be done after changing to make the pulverizer work stably. When assembling the claws, be sure to tighten the nut, and be careful not to miss the spring washer. Qualified parts should be selected when changing teeth, and the weight difference of a single tooth claw should not be greater than 1.0-1.5 grams.

The feed mill is divided into a pair of roller mills and a hammer-type feed mill. The crushing of feed raw materials is a very important part of feed processing. The crushing can not only increase the solubility of feed nutrients in the animal digestive juice but also improve the animal's digestion. digestibility, and can directly affect the production cost and the quality of the finished product. Therefore, mastering the technology of the pulverizer, understanding the common failures of the pulverizer and the troubleshooting methods are problems that cannot be ignored.
