Operation sequence and precautions of feed pellet machine


1. Boot steps

(1) After the test machine, it can be started normally. Before starting the machine, check whether there are foreign objects in the feeding and mixing drum and whether the electrical system is normal;

(2) Start the main motor;

(3) Start the feeding motor and stirring motor, and adjust the feeder to the lowest speed;

(4) Adjust the steam pressure to ensure that it is within the range of 0.2—0.4MPA;

(5) Open the inclined door, adjust the speed of the feeder and the flow of steam, the amount of steam added is about 3% of the weight of the material, and adjust the speed of the feeder to make the working current reach the rated current;

(6) Adjust the cutter to make the particle length suitable;

(7) Adjust the speed of the feeder to make the working current reach the rated value;

(8) Open the observation door of the unloading chute at any time to observe, if there is a large impurity adsorbed on the magnet, it should be taken out at any time to prevent it from falling into the pressing chamber;

2. Shutdown steps

(1) Close the blanking door;

(2) Adjust the feeder to the lowest speed;

(3) Close the steam valve, feeding motor, and agitator motor;

(4) After the main engine runs idly for a few minutes, open the door cover of the feeding chute, and feed the oily feed by hand, so that the oily feed fills the die hole;

(5) Run idly for 1 minute;

(6) Turn off the main motor;

(7) Open the door cover to check after shutdown, and remove the accumulated material in the pressing chamber;

(8) Clear the impurities on the magnet;

3. Matters needing attention

(1) There shall be no foreign objects such as iron blocks and stones in the material;

(2) The main motor should be turned on first when starting up, and the feeding motor should be turned off first when shutting down;

(3) Oily feed should be fed before the main motor is turned off, and the accumulated material in the pressing chamber should be removed when the machine is shut down;

(4) It should be ensured that the steam pressure is basically stable, and the pressure fluctuation range should not be greater than 0.05MPA;
