How To Operate The Carbonization Stove
Jun 30, 2022
Operation process of carbonization stove:
Put the wood in first, the closer the better, both dry and wet wood are fine
Then heat it up at the bottom of the furnace
Looking at the temperature display on the horizontal carbonization furnace
When the furnace heats up to between 250-300 degrees
The wood in the furnace will be heated due to a lack of oxygen
flammable gas will be produced
After passing through the pipeline, the gas will return to the bottom of the furnace and continue to heat up and carbonize.
That is to say, only the first two to four hours need us to heat with wood,
When the flammable gas comes out
The furnace will automatically heat up and carbonize
In the later stage, if the carbonization temperature exceeds 500 degrees
And if the excess gas heat source is too large
We open the temperature control valve,
Releases excess gas, allowing it to burn in the air
thereby reducing the temperature
When the combustible gas inside the furnace burns out
The carbonization part has been completed
Then wait another 12 hours for it to cool down completely
open the carbonization furnace
Take out the finished charcoal
The whole carbonization process is so simple,
In fact, the whole carbonization process is like cooking at home with a fire
