Many people bought the biomass pellet machine back but didn't know how to maintain it. Today, Fande Machinery will explain it to everyone and hope it helps.
1. Regularly lubricate the drive part of the biomass pellet machine, lubricate the pressure roller bearing every 2 hours, and lubricate the front bearing of the spindle every 4 hours to ensure the flexible rotation of the pellet machine transmission part and reduce the work load.
2. Periodically replace the lubricant in the gear box of the biomass pellet machine. The oil needs to be replaced after half a month of operation of the new machine. It must be replaced every 1000 hours of continuous work in the future, which can extend the life of the gear.
3. Once a week, we must carefully check whether the connecting parts of each part are loose, whether the stroke safety switch operates reliably, and at the same time clean the feed auger and conditioner to avoid mechanical failure.
4. Check the wear of the transmission key, reinforced flange and hoop once every half a month and find the wear and replace it in time to avoid the ring mold shaking and affecting the output.
5. Use ring die and pressure roller. The use of inferior ring molds with roundness and rough inner holes must be avoided, and the compression ratio of the ring molds should be selected according to different formulas to ensure smooth discharge of the ring molds, avoid increasing power consumption and reducing production capacity.
6. Adjust the gap between the ring die and the press roller every shift. If there is a machine jam, the pressure roller must be loosened, the inner wall material of the ring mold must be cleared, and the gap between the mold rollers must be readjusted. It cannot be forcibly started to avoid damage to the transmission parts and bearing gear due to severe vibration.
7. Avoid overload production. During the production process, the working capacity of the biomass pellet machine cannot be exceeded, otherwise motor damage and accelerated wear of the components will occur, shortening the service life of the pellet machine.
8. The raw materials must do iron and impurity removal work, clean the iron removal device once every shift, to avoid foreign objects entering the ring mold working room, and the phenomenon of vibration and cracking of the ring mold.
Biomass pellet machine generally also need to know other auxiliary equipment when using it, regularly check whether the machine is used for oil, so that it will not cause unnecessary trouble.
