How does an airflow dryer work?

The airflow dryer adopts the heating method of firewood, coal, electricity, and gas. Generally speaking, the way of heating with firewood is more common. The airflow dryer uses the principle of instant airflow drying, which has the advantages of high drying strength, short drying time, low energy consumption, easy operation, foldable installation, and relatively small floor space. And easy to disassemble and maintain.
Usually, our raw materials contain more or less moisture. The moisture content of some raw materials is between 30% and 50%. Such raw materials do not meet the standards for making charcoal or particle blending. We need to use a dryer for drying. The raw materials need to pass through the feed port and then enter the tube furnace through a pipe or a feeder, and then go around the pipe together with the hot air and be pumped into the shaker by the fan, then the dried raw materials will flow out from the sacred, and The waste heat and water vapor are pumped out by the top of the Sacron. In this way, the dried raw materials can be used immediately.

It should be noted that thick or long raw materials such as straw, branches, bark, wood, eucalyptus bark, etc. need a shredder to be crushed first before drying.
