1. Excessive output (even no granular)

reason:

(1) Polymodicity is poor for the first time of flat models;

(2) The water content of the material is too high or too low;

(3) The gap between the pressure roller and the flat mold is too large;

(4) The pressure roller or flat mold grinding is serious;

(5) Slip or aging triangle belt.

Method of exclusion:

(1) Gour and lubricate with oil -containing, and increase the output for a period of time;

(2) Adjust the water content of the material;

(3) Adjust the pressure bolt;

(4) Tension or replace the triangle belt

2. Too much powder in the particles

(1) Low water content. Treatment: Improve the water content.
