Soap Making Process
This soap-making production line uses soap grains as raw materials.
2. First, mix the soap grains and spices.
3. The mixed soap grains enter the three-roll calender through a conveyor belt to make soap flakes.
4. Then, the soap flakes are pressed into the required long strips of soap through the calender.

5. Then, a cutting machine is used to cut the long strips of soap into soap bars of the required size (there are two types of cutting machines: one is mechanical and the other is automatic).
6. Finally, if necessary, the soap bars will be packaged through a packaging machine.
7. Soap bars can be made to specifications such as 60 grams, 120 grams, 200 grams, and 260 grams.
