Features of an industrial horizontal bamboo wood, coconut shell, and rice husk charcoal carbonization kiln furnace for charcoal making:

1. New carbonization equipment with higher output than general furnaces, fast speed, high carbon content, and simple operation;

2. Equipped with a flue gas purification device, tar can be stored with no leakage, and has a long service life;

3. Suitable for biomass raw materials of different shapes, such as wood, logs, machine-made charcoal, nut shells, bamboo, etc.

Workflow of the smokeless wood chip carbonization furnace for making charcoal：
1. Heating
After sealing, heat the furnace with wood waste or gas. First, burn a large fire for 10 minutes; when the temperature reaches 90 degrees Celsius, switch to a small fire. This process takes 80-120 minutes to reduce the material's water vapor.

2. Pyrolysis
Continue heating at 180-235 degrees Celsius for 3-5 hours; this produces gas. Reuse the gas as fuel for heating. The whole process takes about 8 hours. When the temperature peaks and then decreases, the dry distillation process is complete.

3. Cooling
Hang the inner pot outside and seal the lid tube. Let it cool naturally. The longer the cooling time, the better the charcoal quality. When the temperature drops below 50 degrees, you can remove the charcoal. Otherwise, the charcoal will burn again when it comes into contact with oxygen in the air.
