How to solve the powder in the straw pellet machine?

When pressing the granules with the straw granulator, sometimes it is found that a lot of powder will come out along with the granules. When it is serious, it feels like the material leaks directly from the top. The occurrence of such a situation will affect the quality of the pellets on the one hand, and will also have a certain impact on the output on the other hand. The main reason is that this phenomenon may indicate that there is a problem inside the straw pellet machine. Let's take a closer look at this failure.

1. The operation is unreasonable. Too much material is fed, causing the machine to run abnormally. Another is that the design of the granulator itself is flawed. This causes gaps to occur. If powder occurs due to these two reasons, the solution is to stop feeding first, then turn on the machine to clean up the material. Then there is the choice of some good machines. The design of our straw pellet machine is very strict, and this will not happen because of this.

2. The machine is aging and the speed of the main engine is slowing down, which makes some raw materials not processed due to different frequencies. This phenomenon appeared in some old-fashioned straw briquette machines, and now, like a slightly new type of straw pellet machine, the occurrence of this phenomenon has been eliminated. In addition, the current manufacturing process has also been greatly improved. It can be said that the newly purchased equipment in the past two years will not have this problem.

3. The last reason is the failure of the granulation system. This is the least we want to see, but also the most frequent cause.

4. The failure is mostly due to the damage to the pellet machine due to unclean materials and hard objects. There is also a problem with the bearing that may cause this problem.
