   2. Anti-gas: It is manifested that gas is ejected from the discharge port during production, mainly due to insufficient material supply. It may also be because the raw material moisture is too large, the heating temperature is not enough, etc.
   3. Bright surface: There is a bright light on the section of the rod, although the density is good the hardness is not good. This is the reason why the head screw is too steep at the beginning, it should be polished smoother.
   4. The density at the center of the rod is small, or it contains scattered sawdust: this is because the diameter of the root of the shaft tip of the propeller is worn, and it needs to be repaired and thickened. The misalignment of the shaft tip can also cause the above problems, and it needs to be corrected at high temperatures.
   5. Surface cracks: Too much moisture in the raw material will easily cause transverse cracks on the rod body, while too little moisture will lead to the appearance of longitudinal cracks. In addition, if the heating temperature is too high, the raw materials will be softened excessively, resulting in insufficient supply. This can also lead to cracks. The general solution to the lack of material supply is to appropriately increase the diameter of the spiral or grind the spiral wall to increase the span between the spirals.
   6. The molding machine does not come out of the rod: the heating temperature is too high or too low, the molding sleeve is seriously worn, the angle of the propeller does not match, and the moisture content of the raw material is too large. When the molding machine is working normally, the molding rod is evenly extruded from the sleeve, the rod should be dark brown, the hardness is uniform, the surface is smooth, no cracks, the surface of the center hole is also smooth, and the exhaust is smooth.
   7. The "shooting" of the molding machine may be due to the following reasons: improper temperature control, excessive moisture in the raw material, wear of the propeller, incorrect shaft tip, blockage of the exhaust hole, too large or too small screw of the propeller head, and serious wear of the sleeve Wait.
