What are the reasons why the pellets produced by the pellet machine are not formed?

Analysis of problems in the straw pellet machine during the molding process:
The biomass straw pellet machine directly molds the straw after crushing, regeneration, and compression. No chemical changes occur during the production process, but it is simply compressed at high temperatures. The advantage of this equipment is that no additives are added during the production process, and the process is simple and easy to operate. However, the calorific value of the finished product is the calorific value of the raw material itself, and the advantage is that there is no pollution during the combustion process.
Analysis of problems that cause the straw pellet machine to stop production during the molding process:
1. Bending of the rod: The moisture content of the raw material is too high.
2. Backgassing: This is manifested in the gas ejected from the feed port during production, which is mainly due to insufficient feed. It may also be due to excessive moisture content of the raw material, insufficient heating temperature, etc.
3. Bright surface: There is a bright light on the cross-section of the rod. Although the density is good, the hardness is not good. This is because the initial part of the first spiral is too steep, and it should be polished to be smoother.
4. The density at the center of the rod is low, or it contains scattered sawdust: This is because the diameter of the root of the propeller shaft tip is worn, and it needs to be repaired and thickened. Misalignment of the shaft tip can also cause the above problems, and it needs to be corrected at high temperatures.
5. Surface cracks: Excessive moisture in the raw material can easily cause transverse cracks on the rod body, while too little moisture can lead to longitudinal cracks. In addition, too high a heating temperature can cause excessive softening of the raw material, resulting in insufficient feeding. This can also cause cracks. The general solution to insufficient feeding is to appropriately increase the spiral diameter, or grind the spiral wall, and increase the gear spacing between spirals.
6. The straw pellet machine does not produce rods: the heating temperature is too high or too low, the forming sleeve is severely worn, the propeller angle is inconsistent, and the raw material moisture is too high. When the forming machine is working normally, the forming rod is evenly extruded from the sleeve. The rod should be dark brown, with uniform hardness, a smooth surface, and no cracks, and the surface of the center hole is also smooth, and the exhaust should be smooth. 7. The straw pellet machine may explode due to the following reasons: improper temperature control, excessive moisture in raw materials, wear of the propeller, misalignment of the shaft tip, blocked exhaust holes, too large or too small propeller head spiral, serious sleeve wear, etc. In this case, you should check the above reasons one by one and make corresponding adjustments after finding out the reasons; 8. Stuck machine: large and hard impurities are mixed in the raw materials, the voltage is low the heating temperature is low, or the raw materials are not dry. The former requires stopping and disassembling to remove impurities, and the latter requires continuing to heat and soften the raw materials or re-drying.
