2. Inferior molds pursue low sales prices: Therefore, there are certain limitations in the selection of billets. It is impossible to select high-quality materials. Only inferior and low-priced billets can be selected as raw materials. The molecular structure of this billet is not strict, the toughness does not meet the requirements, and the wear resistance is poor. The mold made of this billet has a short service life and is prone to cracking. If such a mold is selected, it will not only waste the capital investment of the enterprise due to frequent mold replacement but more seriously, there are also production safety hazards.
3. Because most of the inferior mold processing is imitation: its processing accuracy cannot be controlled, and the errors in various aspects accumulate. If such molds are used for a long time, it will definitely seriously affect the normal operation of the wood chip pellet machine, and the purpose of safety, high yield and low consumption of the wood chip pellet machine cannot be achieved at all. A careful calculation shows that although the purchase price of inferior molds is lower at present if they often fail, parts and bearings are often replaced, the output is reduced, the power consumption is increased, and manpower is wasted, the economic benefits of the enterprise will be affected. 4. At present, it is difficult for small mold manufacturers to have this advanced equipment. Generally, they still use the traditional pit furnace quenching. This equipment cannot automatically control the temperature of mold quenching, resulting in inconsistent hardness inside and outside the mold after quenching, and a large deformation coefficient. The mold is easy to lose roundness. When the wood chip pellet machine using this mold is in operation, the pressure roller will frequently hit the mold, which will increase the vibration and noise of the wood chip pellet machine. It is also an important factor in the damage to the main shaft and the hollow shaft. Once the bearings of the main shaft and the hollow shaft are damaged or the inner and outer rings are running, the main shaft and the hollow shaft may be scrapped.
