How to debug the biomass pellet machine?

How to make the biomass pellet machine play its maximum function, debugging the biomass pellet machine is very important.
Here's how to debug the biomass pellet machine to maximize its production efficiency during the production process:
1. Before debugging the biomass pellet machine, the debris and slag left inside the machine room due to installation should be cleaned up to ensure the cleanliness of the machine room. Check whether the steam pipe used has the function of pressure reduction and hydrophobicity to ensure the dry and saturated tempering steam required in the pelletizing process, and ensure that the pressure-reducing valve always has 0.058-0.4MPA steam.
2. Before starting the machine, the distance between the ring die and the roller should be adjusted. When the ring die rotates, the roller seems to rotate but not rotate. The distance between the ring die and the roller should not be too small, otherwise, it will cause direct friction, reduce the service life of the roller and the ring die, increase the amount of dust, and reduce the output.
3. When the raw materials enter the equipment, it is not easy to enter excessive materials instantly. The materials should be circulated. Generally, the feeding amount will reach the ideal value 5-10 minutes after entering the materials.
When the biomass pellet machine is working continuously on the production line, since multiple devices are running at the same time and automatically loading, the labor force is greatly reduced, and the normal operation of each device is ensured. If a single machine is running, the biomass pellet machine will be overloaded, which will be more demanding on the moisture content and particle size of the material, thus not conducive to improving production efficiency. This phenomenon should be avoided.
