How to adjust the temperature of wood chip biomass pellet machine during pelleting process?

The sawdust biomass pellet machine works through the process of silo-feeding screw-conditioner-pellet machine-cooler-finished product silo. General operators know the basic operating steps of the sawdust pellet machine, but they may not know the precautions of the sawdust pellet machine:

1. Before pelleting, the material must be tempered. The steam pressure must be stable at 4-8bar, and the steam must be dehydrated before tempering. If there is a lot of water in the steam, it will cause blockage in the pelleting. After tempering, the material has been matured to a certain extent, which can significantly improve the utilization rate of nutrients in the feed.

2. During the pelleting process, the humidity and temperature of the material should be checked frequently. The method of checking humidity is: after gently pinching with your hands, the material can form blocks. The temperature should vary depending on the type of pelleting, and should be stably controlled between 75-95℃.

3. The cooling of the biomass pellets after pelleting must not be too fast or insufficient. If the cooling is too fast, the surface of the material particles will crack. If the cooling is insufficient and the temperature is too high, the material will absorb moisture and cause mold blocks. The cooled material should be consistent with the room temperature.
