The main reasons for the blockage of the wood chip pellet machine mold are as follows:
1: Uneven feeding speed
The wood chip pellet machine requires uniform feeding when working, but too fast or too slow feeding will cause mold blockage. If it is determined that the mold is blocked due to too fast or too slow feeding, first stop the feeding belt, take out the molded particles in the mold, and then slowly add them in, observe the discharge situation, and increase the feeding amount of the molded particles after no abnormal situation, until the mold is completely opened, then open the belt feeding surface, adjust the uniform feeding amount, and then normal production can be carried out.
2: The moisture content of the material is too high
The wood chip pellet machine has two requirements for the material when feeding, one is the moisture content of 10%-15%, and the other is the shape of sawdust. If the moisture content of the material is too high, after entering the mold, due to the friction of the roller mold, the material can be squeezed, rubbed, and dried to a certain extent. However, when the feed volume continues to increase, the evaporation of moisture is also a small amount, so there will be sawdust cakes in the sawdust chamber, causing the mold to be blocked and no material to be discharged. If the mold is blocked because the moisture content of the material is too high, you can choose to dry the material with a slightly higher moisture content. If the moisture content is too high, use a sawdust dryer to dry the material.
Three: There is material accumulation in the wood chip pellet machine
After the production of the wood chip pellet machine, the accumulated material in the machine must be cleaned up. If the accumulated material in the pellet machine is not cleaned up after production, it will also cause the mold to be blocked. If you encounter such a situation, shut down the wood chip pellet machine, clean up the accumulated material in the machine, and then you can produce normally.
