The pellets produced by biomass pellet machines belong to biomass energy. There are three kinds of requirements for pelletizing.

The raw materials are very wide, including agricultural and forestry waste, such as straw, cotton stalks, sawdust, branches, straw, fruit shells, and waste wood. Investors need to see which raw materials are the most and can be supplied in time. Normal production must not be stopped. Otherwise, production will be delayed.

The size of the particles affects the pelletizing. The particle size of the pelletized particles needs to be crushed into particles of about 5MM to 10MM by a crusher. Only if it meets the standard can it be used.

Pelletizing also requires humidity, which is 8% to 12%. A dryer can be used. Only when the standard humidity is reached can pellet fuel be made.
