The correct start-up sequence of the wood pellet machine is: comprehensive inspection - start the lubricating oil pump - start the main engine - feed. 3. Start the oil pump. Before starting the oil pump, you must first open the cooling water pipe, open the valves of each part of the oil circuit, and then start the oil pump. After starting the oil pump, pay attention to check whether the oil pressure is normal, whether there is oil leakage in the oil circuit, etc., and be sure to keep the oil circuit in normal circulation.

4. Start the main engine, and after the operation is normal, feed the material. Be careful not to add the load to the rated value at one time, but to gradually add to the specified current from small to large. It is strictly forbidden to first turn the main engine and then lubricate it with oil, and it is strictly forbidden to start the main engine with a load.

5. Note that there can be no metal and other sundries in the feeding material, and no material particles larger than the pore size. In addition, the feeding amount should be appropriate and uniform.
