The rotor coil is cut by the rotating magnetic field to form the rotor current, and the current-carrying conductor will be forced to rotate in the magnetic field. The magnitude of the force on the rotor coil depends on the magnitude of the rotor current, and the magnitude of the rotor current depends on the rate of cutting by the magnetic field, so the moment the rotor starts to rotate, the current is the largest, and the coil is the most stressed. As the speed increases, the slip gradually decreases, the rotor current decreases, and the force decreases, and finally the balance is reached at a certain speed. According to the principle of three-phase asynchronous motor, its speed can never reach synchronous speed, so it is called asynchronous motor.
The importance of the reducer is no less than that of the motor, so the regular maintenance of the reducer can exert the limit of the shredder and make the output of the shredder reach a new high. Although this equipment is a mechanical equipment with low speed and high torque with strong power and crushing ability, but because of its large kinetic energy, the role of the reducer is also very important, which can effectively control the speed of the shredder. Therefore, when we use the equipment, the reducer cannot be used, and the temperature is lower than -10 ℃ or higher than 40 ℃, which is easy to cause damage to the reducer. Also pay attention to the cleaning of the reducer, do not use high-pressure water guns and other materials with excessive impact to clean, so as not to cause damage. The reducer should be protected by adding lubricating oil in time. If there is a strange sound during the work, or the reducer becomes hot, etc., the equipment should be turned off in time for inspection.
