Methods to solve common faults of sawdust pellet machine
If the wood pellet machine is too tight or too loose in production, the machine will fail, which will not only affect its production efficiency, but also cause excessive production costs. How to reduce the occurrence of wood pellet machine failures?
1. Regularly check the parts to see if the work is normal. Mainly check whether the worm gear, bolts on the worm lubricating block, bearings and other moving parts are flexible and worn. If defects are found, they should be repaired in time and no longer used.
2. The wood pellet unit should be used in a dry room, and cannot be used in places where there are corrosive gases such as acids in the atmosphere.
3. After the wood pellet unit is used or stopped, the rotating drum should be taken out for cleaning and the remaining powder in the bucket should be cleaned, and then installed to prepare for the next use.
4. If the suspension time is too long, the whole body of the pellet unit must be wiped clean, and the smooth surface of the machine parts should be coated with anti-rust oil and covered with a cloth awning.
5. Adjust the screw on the front bearing peg to the proper position. If the gear shaft moves, please adjust the screws on the back of the bearing frame to the appropriate position, adjust the clearance so that the bearing does not make noise, turn the pulley by hand, and the tightness is appropriate. If it is too tight or too loose, the machine may be damaged.
As long as the above work is done, the failure of the wood pellet machine can be greatly reduced, so that the production efficiency of the pellet machine can reach a high level.
