2. Raw material moisture requirements. Generally, we require that during the granulation process, the moisture content of the feed material should not exceed 12%. If the material is too dry, auxiliary equipment such as a conditioner can be used.
3. Raw material size requirements. The raw material for making granules is recommended to be about 3mm. Taking straw as an example, when the crushed straw is too large, it will affect the hourly production of granules. During production, always pay attention to whether the feeding port and the screen of the flat-die granulator are in good condition. blocked.
4. Before production, run through the flat-die granulator with oil to ensure lubrication. Before finishing the granulation work, also use oil to run through the flat-die granulator to prevent clogging of the die holes.
5. If the voltage is too low, it may also cause the output of the feed pellet machine. Generally, farmers are located in remote areas with a certain distance from the village, and the voltage used may be unstable. Therefore, if the above possibilities are ruled out, the system can be used when the peak period of electricity consumption is not. Check the effect of the granulation. If the feeding is slow and the granulation speed is fast, it can be adjusted appropriately.
