Usually, when we use a pellet machine, the internal lubrication system of the equipment is an important part of the entire production line. If there is a lack of lubricating oil when the equipment is working, the equipment will not operate normally. Due to the high pressure of the equipment in operation, the friction between the raw materials during the production of particles will generate a lot of heat, which will cause the high temperature and deformation of the equipment. So what are the lubrication requirements of the pellet machine bearings? Details are as follows.

　　 1. First, the pellet machine should be lubricated at least once every 4 hours of continuous operation.

　　 2. Secondly, it should be noted that the cutter head of the pellet machine is lubricated once a day, and manual lubrication is recommended for easy operation.

　　 3. Lubricate the spindle bearing every 8 hours.

　　4. Lubricate a small amount of lubrication every hour of operation, and add butter to the rolls at the end of each process to prevent materials from entering.

　　 5. Lubricate the bearings of the equipment air conditioner and feed shaft once a month.

　　 6. Check once a week. Check the oil level of the feeder transmission on time, and add a little oil to the roller chain transmission.

7. After the pellet machine has been working for 2000 hours, or every six months, change the oil in the gear box.
