2. From the perspective of the structure of the granulation equipment, the user should choose a mold with a suitable compression ratio according to different materials, so as to avoid the phenomenon of low output and no discharge.
3. From the perspective of equipment parameter settings, the gap between the template and the pressure roller of the wood pellet machine is very critical. A reasonable compression gap can improve the molding rate of the wood pellet machine and reduce the wear of the abrasive tool and the pressure wheel.
4. Control the particle size of wood chips, which is a very important link. Generally, a screen with a diameter of one-third of the diameter of the particles is used to screen the wood chips, which can ensure that the particle size of the raw materials of the wood chip pellet machine is uniform. If the force is too large, the pressure roller will be increased. And the wear of abrasive tools, if the force is too small, will affect the forming length of the particles, so it is very important to reasonably control the particle size of wood chips.
5. The water content should be controlled at about 13%. For biomass fuel, the moisture content of the material must be strictly controlled, which is the prerequisite for pressing the material into pellets. If the moisture content is too high, the pellets will be loose.
6. The cleaning and maintenance of the wood pellet machine is also an important link. Thorough cleaning and regular maintenance are the basic guarantees for improving the efficiency of equipment use.
