Introduction to a high-quality puffed corn snack production line:
This production line is designed to make non-fried puffed snacks. It can produce different shapes and sizes of non-fried snacks; changing the extruder mold allows you to make different shapes. The cutter can adjust the cut length.
This production adopts a double screw extruder, which has two pressing augers inside the pressing sleeve, so that it can ensure high-quality puffed snack food. All machines in the production line are made of stainless steel to ensure the finished snacks are food-grade.

Main processing procedure: brief introduction to the puffing snack food extruder machine:
1. Mixing part: Use a mixer to mix powdered or liquid raw material with water. This mixer is made of food-grade stainless steel and provides high mixing efficiency and uniformity.
2. Conveying part: Using a screw conveyor sends the mixed raw material to a double screw extruder. Using a screw conveyor to convey powdered material helps prevent dust from flying during conveying.
3. Extruding part: Use a double screw extruder to extrude puffed snacks. The machine is a double-pressing screw design, which has high extruding pressure. The extruding sleeve is equipped with heating coils to puff the raw material into snacks. Changing the mold allows you to make different finished puffed snacks.
4. Conveying part: sends snacks fromthe extruder to the dryer
5. Drying part: tunnel dryer to dry the snacks; drying temperature is adjustable from the electric panel
6. Conveying part: a skirt conveyor sends snacks to the flavoring part. The belt is food-grade.
7. Flavoring part: The liquid sprayer can spray liquid flavors on snacks; the powder sprayer can spray powdered flavors on snacks. On the flavoring machine, the front part is used for liquid spraying, and the second half is used for powdered flavor spraying.
8. Cooling part: The cooling part is a cooling conveyor; this conveyor can move snacks from the flavoring machine while cooling snacks with an air fan.
