The corn peeling and grits-making machine has two functions: peeling and making corn grits. With a built-in 7.5 kW 380 V motor, it can process 300-400 kg/h of grain. The working principle of the corn grits machine:

As squeezing and friction increase, the rollers continuously turn and advance, and friction and peeling between machine parts become more pronounced, removing the corn kernels. The decontaminated corn kernel enters the crushing system. Under the crushing and traction of the traction clutch crushing device, it travels through the crushing process and enters the grading system. Through automatic separation, the system produces corn grits or corn flour. Next, the air-net dust removal system cleans and removes dust, and the resulting product is bright in color and good in taste.
