Advantages of sawdust carbonization carbonization furnace:
1. No pollution: There are two reasons: liquefied gas and waste gas are recovered from the flue gas recovery device and used again to heat the carbonization kiln. We installed a special device that can use liquefied gas as energy to heat the carbonization kiln without producing any flue gas.
2. Shorter carbonization time: This type has three inner furnaces. When one inner furnace is completed (6-8 hours), the inner furnace is lifted out with a lifting tool and allowed to cool naturally. At the same time, another inner furnace is lifted in. 3 inner furnaces can work continuously. 3-4 inner furnaces can be carbonized in 24 hours.
3. Easy operation: One person can control 2-3 units, but a crane is needed to help; when one inner furnace is carbonized, the inner furnace is lifted out of the outer furnace with a lifting tool, and then the inner furnace is allowed to cool naturally. At the same time, another inner furnace is put into the outer furnace, which will save a lot of cooling time, so the production efficiency is greatly improved.
