The structure principle of the rice husk pellet mill is the same as that of other wood pulverizers, and it is composed of a cutting device, crushing device, and fan. The cutter head is made of cast steel, and the blade is made of alloy steel and durable; the crushing device is composed of a hammer, a crushing cavity, a rotating shaft, a wear-resistant plate, and a screen. The hammer will be crushed again; the fan is composed of a motor and a dust removal device. Generally, small wood pellet machines such as 400-700 wood pellet machines do not have this fan device.
Rice husk pellet machine principle:

In order to prevent superfine and light materials from causing eddy current circulation in the crushing chamber, a fine powder de-chamber recycling bag is provided in the tangential direction of the crushing chamber.
