Then, tighten the locking screw on the main pressure cover, and then turn on the machine to check if the spindle is still shaking. If the spindle is still shaking at this time, remove the main seal sleeve, pad the spindle with a copper rod, punch the spindle towards the ring die with a sledgehammer, and then remove the spindle seal cover and check if the spindle bearing is intact. If the gap is too large, the bearing should be removed to replace the new bearing, and then the spindle in order.
During the installation of the spindle, pay attention to the position of the inner ring of the spindle bearing so that the spindle can be assembled in place, and the distance between the end face of the spindle and the end face of the runner should be kept at about 10 cm. If the gap is too large, the keyway fit gap is large, the gap is safe to fit, and the inner wall of the ring die is lost, the above components should be replaced.
