What are the solutions to the shaking of the main shaft of the pellet  making machine?

The role of the spindle in the wood pellet machine is very important. However, the spindle will shake when using the pellet machine. So is there any way to solve this problem? The following is a specific method to solve the device jitter.

1. Tighten the locking screw on the main gland, and then start the machine to see if the spindle is still shaking under inspection. If the main shaft is still shaking at this time, remove the main gland, pad the main shaft with a copper rod, hit the main shaft with a sledgehammer in the direction of the ring die, and then remove the main shaft sealing cover. Check whether the spindle bearing is in good condition. Generally, the clearance is too large. Remove the bearing and replace it with a new one, and then install the spindle lock in turn.

 2. In the process of installing the spindle, pay attention to the square position of the inner ring of the spindle bearing in order to assemble the spindle in place. The distance between the end faces on both sides of the main shaft and the end face of the runner should be kept at about 10 cm. If it is found that the gap is too large, the keyway fit gap is too large, and the full pin fit gap is too large, the above components should be replaced. Having said that, check whether the spindle of the pellet machine has shaken.

3. After the spindle is normal, the distance between the pressure roller and the mold should be adjusted correctly, and adjustment is not allowed.

4. Check whether the main shaft of the pellet machine is tightened, first remove the fuel injection system, remove the main shaft gland, and check whether the Belleville spring is deformed. If the Belleville spring is flat, it is time to replace it.
