The safe operation method of the straw pulverizer
1. The straw rotary cutter should be fixed on the ground and can be fixed with cement. If the workplace changes frequently, the pulverizer and motor should be installed on a base made of angle steel.
2. After the straw rotary cutting machine is installed, carefully check whether the installation is in place and whether the installation is not firm enough. Check whether the shaft of the motor is parallel to the shaft of the pulverizer, and check whether the tightness of the transmission belt is appropriate.
3. Before starting the straw rotary cutter, turn the rotor by hand to check whether the operation is flexible and normal, whether the casing collides, whether the rotation direction of the rotor is correct, and whether the motor and the pulverizer are well lubricated.
4. The straw rotary cutting machine should not replace the pulley frequently to prevent the rotation speed from being too high or too low.
5. After the straw rotary cutting machine is started, it should be idling for 2-3 minutes before feeding.
6. The feeding of the straw rotary cutting machine should be uniform. If there is noise, the temperature of the bearing and the body is too high, or it is sprayed outward, it should be stopped immediately to check and troubleshoot.
7. Before the straw rotary cutting machine works, the staff should carefully check the materials to prevent metal, stones, and other hard objects from entering the crushing chamber and causing accidents.
8. When feeding, the staff should stand on the side of the straw rotary cutter to prevent being injured by the bouncing sundries. When crushing long stems, don't hold your hands so tightly that you don't get your hands in.
9. Stop feeding the straw rotary cutter before shutting down. After all the spare materials are cleared, cut off the power and shut down. Cleaning and maintenance should be carried out after the shutdown.
10. After the straw rotary cutting machine has been running for 300 hours, the bearing should be cleaned and the oil should be changed; when filling the oil, fill 1/3 of the bearing seat gap, but not more than 1/2. When the machine is stopped for a long time, the drive belt should be removed.
