3. With regard to labor costs.
If wood chip drying is done separately, this dryer requires two operators, one is responsible for driving the forklift to feed and guide the material. One is responsible for burning fire and inspecting the working condition of equipment. If it is combined with the production line, the single drying section needs a worker. According to the national average labor price of RMB 100 yuan, the one-hour cost is RMB 12.5 yuan. Because the output is 1-1.5 tons, the ton cost is RMB 10 yuan.
Based on the above, the cost of drying sawdust with 40% moisture to 15% is 16.5+97.5+10=RMB 124 yuan. Adding 40% moisture sawdust that you bought for 300 yuan per ton, the price for removing moisture is RMB 434 yuan +RMB 124 = RMB558 yuan.
