Common basic faults of wood pellet mill:
1. It could be a short circuit in the power supply or a blown fuse. This is also a very common situation. When the use of high power overworks the fuse, it will blow. If this is the case, you must replace the insurance line again. However, it should be noted that aluminum fuses should be used, and copper fuses are not recommended. In the past, many people chose copper wire as the fuse, which is very dangerous, because the copper wire has a very low burn rate and generally will not blow out, and the function of the fuse is to remind us to pay attention to the voltage problem when the voltage is too high. Using copper wire is equivalent to losing the effect of the fuse. This is something that must be paid attention to.
2. The wood pellet machine has foreign matter entering the machine. Before we put the raw materials into the pellet machine, we didn't check well, which caused these foreign objects to enter the machine, which caused the machine to stop working suddenly. Especially for old machines, many parts tend to be aging, and the speed is inherently slow. If foreign matter enters, it is likely to brake suddenly. And these foreign objects, such as stones, are also a challenge for new machines, so you should pay attention to whether there are apparent foreign objects before feeding, so as not to cause damage to the machine.
3. Check the power socket, plug, and power cord of the granulator for oxygen-induced shedding or breakage. If not, you can plug in the power supply and test the machine. It is determined that one of the two starting capacitors of the machine fails. In this case, there is usually only a new product.
