Working process :

•  Potato cleaning and peeling machine

The peeling machine uses a hard nylon brush to peel root vegetables such as potatoes, cassava, taro, ginger, etc., with a high peeling rate and low loss.

•  Potato slicer machine

The slicer is mainly used to process bananas, cucumbers, root vegetables such as yam, lotus root, sweet potato, cassava, carrot, taro, ginger, potato, pepper, etc. It uses a rotating blade for cutting, with good cut surface quality, uniform product thickness, fresh cut surface, and no damage to fiber tissue.

• Blanching machine

• Dehydrator

The dehydrator uses the principle of mechanical centrifugation to remove moisture through the high-speed rotation of the inner cylinder.

• Frying machine

The temperature can be set arbitrarily between 0 and 300 degrees, making the fried products delicate, soft, colorful, fragrant, and delicious. The residue produced by frying is automatically immersed in water and then discharged through the drain pipe to ensure that the frying oil is fresh, not acidified, and free of waste oil.

• De-oiling machine

The de-oiling machine uses the principle of mechanical centrifugation to remove the oil through the high-speed rotation of the inner cylinder.

•  Flavoring machine

The machine has good adaptability and mixing effects on granules, powders, mud, pastes, slurries, etc., and has good shape retention for blocks.

• Packaging machine 

The main purpose of inflating the packaging of fragile foods such as French fries is to ensure the integrity of the food. These foods are easily collided or squeezed during transportation and storage, resulting in fragmentation or breakage. Inflatable packaging provides cushioning by filling the inside of the packaging with gas, such as nitrogen or carbon dioxide, to reduce the impact on the food during transportation, thereby protecting the shape and structure of the food and keeping it in the best condition before consumption.
