How to properly install a sawdust rotary dryer?
Installation and maintenance:
1. The machine should be installed on a horizontal concrete foundation or embedded parts and fixed with anchor bolts.
2. When installing, pay attention to the verticality of the main body to the horizontal.
3. After installation, check whether the bolts in various parts are loose and whether the main engine compartment door is tight. If so, please tighten it.
4. Configure the power cord and control switch according to the power of the equipment.
5. After the inspection is completed, conduct a no-load test. If the test run is normal, production can begin.
Precautions for use:
1. This equipment should be installed on a horizontal concrete foundation or cement floor.
2. Before starting the machine, an appropriate amount of lubricating oil must be injected according to the requirements of the lubrication chart.
3. Pay attention to whether all parts of the machine are working properly.

5. Place it in a ventilated place or use it indoors to prevent moisture and sunlight exposure.
6. When the temperature is below 0 degrees in winter, heating measures must be taken to start the machine.
