When the feed pellet machine is used for the first time, the production capacity of the manufactured feed pellets may not meet the expectations, because the lubrication of the abrasive tools is not enough. This problem can be solved by letting the feed pellet machine process oil-containing processing materials.
Another problem that users may encounter is that the formation rate of pellets is low, and the pellets are soft and easily broken. When this happens, it means that the moisture content of the raw material is inappropriate. If the moisture content of the raw material is too high, the particles will not reach the required hardness and will be easily broken. Therefore, proper raw material moisture content control is necessary.
If the abrasive tool of the feed pellet machine is easily damaged, it is because the tightness of the bolt is not adjusted to the best state, the user should adjust the bolt to appropriately reduce the pressure on the abrasive tool.
