1. Mixer
The machine is equipped with a motor and gearbox to fully stir the soap flakes with various liquid and solid additives.
The stirring effect is full and uniform, and the color paste and additives are completely dissolved into the soap base to meet the different formula requirements of customers.

2. Three-roller Mill
The three rollers are arranged horizontally and vary in speed.
The soap particles squeeze and shear each other on the surface of the roller, so as to achieve the grinding effect.

3.Double layer vacuum plodder machine
The plodder is composed of a two-stage discharge screw, and the primary one is equivalent to a single refiner machine to manufacture soap noodles under vacuum.
At the end of the stage, the soap noodles are compressed, squeezed and continuously output in the form of soap bars.

4. soap cutter machine
