The working principle of horizontal carbonization furnace

Jun 16, 2022

The horizontal carbonization furnace is an internal heating type carbonization furnace, which can carbonize a variety of raw materials, such as logs, leftovers, bamboo, coconut shells, and other materials in large volumes. The high-temperature flue gas is generated after full combustion in the chamber and the flue is used to drive the furnace. There is no need to add any energy during the carbonization process, and the carbonized flue gas is fully burned, which is non-polluting to the environment and fully utilized for preheating.

Working principle: It mainly adopts the method of dry distillation carbonization, and makes full use of the combustible gases such as carbon monoxide, methane, and hydrogen generated in the carbonization process, and separates them through the flue gas purification system to obtain combustible gases. Then fully burn through the self-distributing air burner to heat the high-temperature carbonization pipeline. At this time, the temperature should generally be controlled at about 600 °C. There are four layers of pipelines inside the carbonization machine from top to bottom, and the first and second layers are preheating and drying. The third layer is the low-temperature carbonization pipeline, and the fourth layer is the high-temperature carbonization pipeline. The first and second floors are equipped with independent exhaust pipes to mainly remove water vapor. The pipes use the waste heat in the furnace to dry the materials, and the water vapor is discharged from the exhaust pipes. There are also opposing combustible gas recovery channels on the third and fourth floors! The carbonization pipeline carbonizes and decomposes the material, and then passes through the recovery pipeline, the flue gas purification system, and the fuel burner to heat the pipeline, and the reciprocating cycle heats the carbonization effect!
