How to make biomass pellets

As we all know, biomass wood pellet fuel is a new type of burning particles, and it is also very convenient to use. Although we all know that it mainly uses wood pellets as raw materials, how is it specifically made?

The first is the raw material storage yard. The raw material of biomass pellet fuel is mainly sawdust. In order to ensure the normal and continuous production of fuel, it is necessary to guarantee the raw material demand for at least 15 days. Therefore, about 500-600 tons of raw materials need to be stacked.

The second is sieving. The raw materials are transported to the sieving machine through the auger conveyor for sieving, and debris such as larger wooden blocks or iron nails are proposed.

In the third drying process, wood pellets have strict requirements on the moisture content of the raw materials. After the raw materials are sieved, they are transported to the drum dryer through the auger conveyor and dried by hot air.

The fourth step is cyclone separation. After the raw materials are dried and transferred, a large amount of moisture exists after passing, and the moisture is discharged through the cyclone separator.

In the fifth step of material transportation, the logistics delivery of this system requires corresponding delivery equipment. According to needs, screw conveyors, auger conveyors and hoists can be used to transport materials to the corresponding equipment.

Step 6: Pelletizing and forming: The wood pellet burning pellet forming machine is the key equipment of the production line. The equipment can be applied to different raw materials such as sawdust, corn stover, bean straw, cotton straw and peanut shell. The density of processed wood pellets can reach 1.0 -1.3 tons / cubic meter.

The seventh step is cooling. The temperature of the discharged wood chips burning particles is as high as 80 ~ 90 ℃, the structure is relatively loose, and it is easy to break. It must go through the counter-flow cooling system. After cooling to normal temperature, it can be bagged into the warehouse or sent through the belt conveyor and elevator Silo. This set of equipment is equipped with a cooling fan and a cyclone separator, which can return the separated powder to the previous process for re-granulation.

The final step is screening. After cooling, the granular fuel is screened with a vibrating screen. After screening, the scraps are screened out to ensure the factory quality of the wood pellets. The screened scraps are returned to the previous process for re-granulation.
