The slow roller brings the wheat grains into the grinding area between the two rollers, and the ground material passes through the slow roller. The mountain hopper flows into the sieve. The trapped sieve is equipped with a sieve. The main shaft is equipped with two brush drums with brushes on the outside. After the crushed material enters the round sieve, it is thrown by the brush to the sieve surface. , Under the operation of beating and printing by brushing the iron plate, the flour is continuously discharged from the bottom through the sieve holes, while the bran and powder particles with large granularity are discharged from the right end along the axis of the sieve surface, and then sent back to the hopper to continue grinding. It is necessary to repeatedly grind 4 to 5 times so that the starch on the bran can be scraped off. The circular sieve has a relatively simple structure and a small floor space. Due to the bran brushing plate, the viscous powder can be screened, and the screen surface is not easy to be blocked. The main technical performance of the small wheat flour mill for sieving the noodles is shown in the figure. There is also a small wheat flour mill with a flat sieve (or square sieve). The crushed material falling from the calendar roll enters the flat sieve, and several layers of dry sieves are assembled together, and the flour and the skin are separated by a rotary motion. Open, the flour sifted from each layer falls directly into the bottom of the sieve from the channel on the right side of the flat sieve frame and is discharged from the power outlet. After being sieved by the prepared layer of silk, the sieved material is discharged from the drum shell outlet and then sent to the hopper for continuous grinding.
