What should be paid attention to when storing the sawdust pellet machine ring mold?

One of the most important parts of the wood pellet machine is the ring die, which plays an important role in the formation of pellets. Although a pellet machine has multiple ring dies, how to store them is still technical. Here is what we need to pay attention to:

1. After the ring die of the wood pellet machine is stored for six months, the oil filler inside must be replaced with a new one, because the material inside will harden after being stored for too long, and the pellet machine will not be able to press it out when it is used again, causing blockage.

2. The ring die should always be placed in a dry, clean, and ventilated place. If it is not used for a long time, a layer of waste oil can be applied on the surface to prevent corrosion from moisture in the air. Generally, there are a lot of production raw materials in the production workshop. Do not place the ring die in these places, because the material is particularly easy to absorb moisture and is not easy to disperse. If it is placed together with the ring die, it will accelerate the corrosion of the ring die, thus affecting its service life.
3. If the ring dies need to be removed for standby during the production process of the wood chip pellet machine, all the raw materials should be squeezed out with oily materials before stopping the machine to ensure that the die-holes can discharge materials when it is used next time. If it is not filled with oily materials, long-term storage will not only cause corrosion of the ring die, because the raw materials contain moisture, which will accelerate corrosion in the die holes, causing the die holes to be rough and affecting the discharge of materials.
