1. It has different moisture requirements for different raw materials. Generally, the granulator requires that the moisture content of the raw material should not be greater than 15%.　　

2. The granulation of the pellet machine requires that the larger size of the raw material should not be larger than the diameter of the die hole.　　

3. The raw materials must not be mixed with hard objects such as iron and stone, otherwise, the equipment will be damaged.　　

4. Without additives in the raw materials, high-quality granulation can be achieved. However, in order to increase the yield rate and greatly extend the service life of wearing parts such as templates and pressure rollers, it is recommended to use adhesives reasonably.　　

5. Try to use softwood chips as raw materials to make pellets. Many cork chips are easier to press, which can increase the forming rate.　　

6. The moisture content of the raw material for pressing sawdust particles is between 8-12%. If the moisture content is too high, the compressed particles will become loose and easily broken during packaging and transportation. If the moisture content is too low, the pellets will be difficult to compress, the forming rate of the pellets will be low, and there will be too much powdery material.
