1. The main components of the briquette charcoal-making machine

2. Working principle and preparation before starting up

1. The raw material sawdust, rice husk, and various wooden leftovers and wastes are crushed and processed into a diameter of about 3mm, and the moisture content is 8%-12% after drying.

2. Open the cover of the machine base, add 2kg of engine oil to the oil hole on the upper part of the rotating box, and install the motor. The belt should not be too tight or too loose. If it is too tight, it will easily damage the belt. If the belt is too loose, it will slip and idle. Turn, reverse, and reverse the thread head.

3. Preheat. The raw materials are ready, and the motor is ready to be installed, start preheating, and set the thermometer at about 350 degrees, the pointer of the thermometer reaches 350 degrees, automatically disengages, and no longer heat up, wait for the temperature to turn inward, and the inside and outside are constant and the machine can be turned on and then the material can be unloaded and the stick can be produced.

4. When unloading, first unload a small amount of material, and wait for the machine to run normally before unloading normally. The sound of the machine is stable, and the finished rods can go out evenly. If the load is heavy, the sound is abnormal, and the semi-finished rods go out slowly or stop, indicating that the hopper is blocked. (There can be no bark and wood residue in the preparation), just poke the mouth of the material with a thin wooden stick.

5. Temperature. To master the temperature is also to explore the actual operation process. The raw materials are different, and the temperature is also different. Different raw materials use different temperatures. The purpose is to have a certain pressure and a smooth surface. The temperature is lowered bit by bit from high to low. , It cannot cause the phenomenon that cooling is easy but heating is difficult until the rod is released normally.

6. Matters needing attention. During the normal production process of the charcoal briquette making machine, it is strictly forbidden to stand in front of the rod outlet, so as not to hurt people with guns. If the electrical appliances are broken or have poor contact, please ask an electrician or a person with electrical knowledge to repair them. The bearing oiling hole should be refueled frequently.
