The Use And Maintenance Of The Portable Wood Pellet Machine

The use and maintenance of the portable wood pellet machine:

1. When the sawdust pellet machine is working, it is necessary to ensure that there is a reasonable working gap between the flat die and the pressure roller. If the working gap between the flat die and the pressure roller is too large, the grabbing ability of the pressure roller will be reduced and it will not be easy to form. Otherwise, the working gap will be too small. It will be severely worn and its life will be reduced. The working gap is 2-5mm, and the size of the gap is different for different raw materials, which everyone should pay attention to during production.
2. Before processing granules, pull the pressure roller by hand, and it is advisable that the pressure roller is in a state of turning but not turning.
3. When using the newly installed flat die or pressure roller, a larger gap should be used. Flat dies and pressure rollers that have been significantly worn should be adjusted to a smaller gap.
4. Larger flat die holes should use larger gaps, on the contrary, smaller flat die holes should be adjusted to smaller gaps.
5. Raw materials with relatively high fiber should be adjusted to a larger gap, and raw materials with relatively few fibers should be adjusted to a smaller working gap.
6. The newly processed flat die needs to be washed with oil, that is, the oil is mixed with 20%-50% fine sand to grind the flat die holes to remove the burrs in the die holes.
7. Frequently check the residue of the flat die hole, and if the raw material blocks the flat die hole, use a manual electric drill to drill the raw material in the flat die hole
out.
8. Since the raw materials may contain hard objects, the working surface of the flat die will be uneven, which requires regular inspection and grinding.
9. For flat molds that can be installed both front and back, they should be installed and used alternately on a regular basis, so that the wear will be more uniform.
