Working principle:

Installation and commissioning operation:

1. Configure the appropriate power cord and control switch according to the power of the equipment, connect the power supply, and check whether the motor rotation is correct.

2. The equipment should be installed on the concrete base of Yongping and fixed with anchor bolts.

3. When installing, pay attention to the belt pulley of the main engine and the motor pulley to be drawn into a straight line with a V-belt.

4. After installation, check whether the bolts in each part are loose and whether the main engine compartment door is tight. If there is looseness, please tighten it. 5. Cancel the wood filling machine with entrained stones and nails to prevent damage to the knife and internal parts.

6. Pay attention to check the hammer bolts. If they are loose, tighten them immediately. When the hammers and bolts are severely worn, they should be replaced. 7. After the inspection is completed, carry out a no-load test run, and the test run is normal before production can be carried out.

8. When the granule is not up to the ideal, change the Luosi with a different volume.

9. When installing and changing the tool, the blade coaxial cutter head plane is 2 to 4mm, and then tighten the bolt. If the pressure bolt thread is found to be worn, it should be replaced immediately to prevent damage to the sliding cutter nut.

10. When changing the extension of the knife, the length of the extended knife must be the same.

Maintenance and maintenance of the machine:

1. The shaft of the main machine bears the full load of the machine, so good lubrication has a great relationship with the life of the bearing, it directly affects the life and operation rate of the machine, so the injected lubricating oil must be clean and the seal must be good.

2. The tightening screws are prone to looseness and must be checked frequently. If they are loose, they should be tightened in time.

3. Pay attention to check the degree of wear of easily worn parts, and pay attention to replacing worn parts in time.

4. Add lubricating oil to the friction position regularly to ensure mechanical performance and life.

5. If the bearing oil temperature rises, stop the machine immediately and check the cause to eliminate it.

6. If there is an impact sound when the rotating gear is running, stop and check it immediately and eliminate it

7. After the machine is not in use, it should be placed indoors and the sawdust in the machine should be cleaned so as not to affect future use and production.
